Terms of Service

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BLAZE desktop application and related services (the "Service"), operated by BLAZE ("BLAZE", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BLAZE is an AI-assisted creative application for Windows. It provides chat, image generation, and workflow automation features powered by third-party AI models. Features and availability may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Credits and payment

4. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute any of the following. Prompts for image or video generation are automatically screened, and violating prompts are blocked.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, and as between you and us, you own the output you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers' terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your inputs and for how you use the output. Output is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and is provided for you to evaluate before use.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by BLAZE and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-party AI services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (which may include OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, Replicate, Runware, and fal). We do not control these models and are not responsible for their output or availability. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' applicable policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAZE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes

We aim to resolve any dispute amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. These Terms do not designate a specific governing law or exclusive court; any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence continue to apply. If BLAZE later operates through a registered legal entity, we may update this section to specify that entity's governing law.
